Ofrecer un servicio de calidad, que satisfaga las demandas informativas de los usuarios interesados en las Ciencias de la Educación.
Coordinar, orientar, asesorar y establecer servicios a toda la comunidad universitaria, así como a los Centros Educativos y comunidades circundantes, tanto en el estudio como en la educación.
Contribuir al desarrollo intelectual y profesional de los estudiantes, docentes, investigadores y público en general, capaces de llevar adelante los cambios que necesita nuestra sociedad.
