elaboraci\u00f3n de Proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica con Enfoque Cuantitativo\u201d<\/strong> tiene como finalidad proponer nuevos referentes te\u00f3ricos y metodol\u00f3gicos sobre las pol\u00edticas de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica.
